Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to join Shinjiru and promote our IT and digital solutions. You will be responsible for generating sales, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email and online enquiries.
• Promote IT and digital solutions including web hosting, VPS, domain, web design, SEO, business email, Microsoft 365 and related services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Update sales activities and customer information in the company system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the marketing, technical and customer support teams.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in IT, telecommunications or digital services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and digital solutions is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales and IT are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
