About the Role:
We’re looking for a Project Executive to join our project team and support the planning and execution of brand activations, events and live experiences. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, our creative team, clients and vendors to bring projects from planning through to on-ground execution. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, resourceful and enjoys working in a fast-paced events environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination and execution of events and brand activations.
Production Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers and partners on production requirements, timelines, logistics and deliverables.
Project Administration: Prepare quotations, project schedules, checklists, presentations and other project documentation.
Client & Team Coordination: Support communication between clients, internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving smoothly.
On-Ground Execution: Support event setup, rehearsals, operations, show days and teardown.
Budget Support: Assist with sourcing quotations, tracking project expenses and maintaining project cost records.
Research & Sourcing: Research venues, vendors, talent, materials and other project requirements when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
1–2 years of experience in events, brand activation, production or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or event experience are welcome to apply.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional evenings and weekends during event periods.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
