We're Hiring: Service Desk Engineer!

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to deliver top-notch technical support and resolve IT issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be passionate about helping others with technology challenges.

What You'll Do:
️ Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly via phone, email, or in person
Document issues and solutions accurately in the ticketing system
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex problems
Guide users through step-by-step solutions and best practices
️ Ensure timely resolution of tickets to meet service level agreements

What We're Looking For:
Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking basics
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
