Assist the Project Manager in project planning, including tender preparation, plant & equipment planning, manpower planning, work programmes, and other project requirements.

Assist in the preparation of technical and project documentation, including Method Statements, Risk Registers, Inspection Checklists, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Project Quality Plans.

Coordinate with project teams and relevant departments to support project planning and execution.

Assist in preparing technical submissions, reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.

Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively.

Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project planning software will be an advantage.
