• Translate operational user needs into detailed technical specifications and process improvements.

• Provide application support for user interface modules, server-side code, and relational database systems.

• Monitor automated batch cycles and optimize database query structures for performance reporting.

• Maintain legacy database files, subroutines, and structured program logic.

• Conduct root cause analysis on application defects and execute post-deployment feature testing.

• Hands-on software development and technical support background across modern web libraries and backend application environments.

• Proficiency in writing and tuning relational database query scripts for analysis.

• Practical experience maintaining legacy program code, batch job processing, and structured file formats.
