Equipment Assembly: Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of semiconductor test systems, sub-assemblies, and wire harnesses using engineering drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
Wiring & Integration: Route cables, build custom wire harnesses, and terminate electrical or pneumatic components (relays, switches, circuit breakers).
Testing & Calibration: Conduct functional, continuity, and performance tests on assembled hardware and electrical components using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and specialized testing tools.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix basic mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic failures during the assembly and testing process.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in equipment assembly, wire harness, semiconductor, or cleanroom manufacturing.
