The Indoor Sales Support Executive supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing sales orders, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth internal sales operations.
Responsibilities
Manage and process sales orders accurately to support timely order fulfillment
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations and communication
Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, timely responses to support customer satisfaction
Maintain organized sales records and documentation for easy retrieval and reporting
Collaborate proactively with sales team members to anticipate and resolve operational issues
