JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Lead and support Supervisors in daily manufacturing operations within the Fab.
  • Streamline control wafer management to support and sustain daily Fab operations.
  • Collaborate with Production Control and Planning teams to ensure timely wafer-start administration.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing peripherals to achieve quality excellence for hardware components.
  • Lead continuous-improvement and cost-reduction projects related to wafer containers.
  • Manage team resources and operational materials to prevent disruptions to production activities.
  • Oversee wafer-scrap administration and support KPI tracking and achievement.
  • Drive operational efficiency through 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve daily manufacturing performance.
  • Promote and maintain a strong workplace safety culture in the Fab.

ROLE REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor and wafer fabrication manufacturing.
  • Prior experience leading, supervising, or guiding a manufacturing team is preferred.
  • Experience in project or program implementation and management is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of continuous-improvement principles and quality tools, including 5S, 8D, and Poka-Yoke.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to apply data-driven problem-solving methods.
  • Able to work effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
