We’re looking for a Product Application Specialist to join our growing team and support the application, training, and implementation of ophthalmic medical devices across Malaysia.

• Provide product demonstrations, application training and clinical support to customers.
• Conduct product training for hospitals, clinics, optometrists and other healthcare professionals.
• Support customers in understanding and effectively using ophthalmic diagnostic and treatment equipment.
• Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to support product installations, demonstrations and customer requirements.
• Develop product knowledge and stay updated on relevant clinical applications and industry developments.
• Assist with exhibitions, workshops, product launches and customer events.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the internal team to improve product application and customer experience.
• Travel within Malaysia when required to support customers and training activities.

• Degree/Diploma in Optometry, Business, Biomedical Science, Engineer or a related field.
• Experience in optometry, ophthalmology, medical devices or clinical applications is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own car, willingness to travel for customer visits and training.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with Sales and Technical teams.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude and relevant background are welcome to apply.
