Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing accurate orders to enhance satisfaction
• Promote menu items, meals, and special offers to increase sales and customer engagement
• Recommend dishes based on customer preferences to support informed selections
• Handle cashier and payment transactions accurately to ensure smooth checkout processes
• Process takeaway and delivery orders efficiently to meet customer expectations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to resolve issues and improve service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant to uphold hygiene and ambiance standards
• Support daily restaurant operations by assisting team members as needed to ensure smooth workflow
