Job Responsibilities

• Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various medical stores

• Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date

• Ensure that supplies are stored and classified properly 

• Ensure data is accurately recorded in system, and delivery is arranged

• Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks 

• Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements

• Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality

• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level or equivalent

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience

• Tech savvy, proficient in Computer Literacy

• Experience with regular stock count using handheld scanner, or other devices preferred

• Candidate must be willing to work in a hospital environment

• Do note that this is a yearly contract role
