Job Summary

Join SCP as a Pharmacy Technician to support laboratory operations by accurately compounding medications, maintaining records, managing inventory, and assisting pharmacists in daily tasks. Training is provided for newcomers without compounding experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately compound medications following training to support personalized pharmacy services
• Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all compounding activities for compliance and quality control
• Assist pharmacists in managing inventory to maintain adequate stock levels
• Respond professionally to phone and walk-in customer inquiries to support customer service
• Support pharmacists in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to contribute to overall team effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in a science-related field to support understanding of laboratory processes
• Previous experience in a laboratory or relevant setting to facilitate quicker adaptation (training provided)
• Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
