JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and manage electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

* Oversee the electrical design, installation, and integration for various projects, including the preparation of specifications and drawings.

* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other disciplines.

* Perform project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and track progress to ensure timely completion.

* Ensure that electrical systems are correctly implemented in accordance with the project specifications and provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases.

* Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure electrical systems are installed as per designs, specifications, and safety standards.

* Resolve any technical issues that arise during project execution, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

* Collaborate with other project engineers, stakeholders, and contractors to manage project resources and schedules.

* Ensure all documentation, including reports, specifications, and project files, are accurately maintained and updated.

* Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.

* Lead project meetings to track project status and discuss any issues or risks.

* Experience with Data Centre projects and willingness to travel to project sites when needed will be an advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Project Engineer (Electrical), with a strong understanding of electrical systems, design principles, and industry standards.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.

* Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous experience with large-scale projects, including electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and Data Centre sectors, is a plus.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
