Job Description:
Provide sales support, liaise with team and/ or customers on daily basis
Assist the sales team in preparing and processing customer orders, quotations, and contracts
Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to respond to basic inquiries
Assist in compiling sales data and preparing basic reports (e.g., sales records, customer lists)
Maintain accurate customer information and system data (e.g., CRM or accounting systems)
Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned by the supervisor
Expected Areas of Competence:
Good communication skills and able to interact with customers politely and professionally
Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Prior experience in administrative or sales support roles is an advantage
Basic English communication skills (especially for email)
DaNeng is a OEM in Gas-fired Energy-Saving Equipment & Marketing company. Our innovative equipments would be able to save Gas consumption of up to 50%, improve the working environment temperature and reduce Carbon Emissions up to 70% (Environmental Friendly).
Due to this great Gas Saving, we are able to share the additional saving profit with our customers. Thus, our customers are able to work in Cool Working Environment with more efficient in operation. Most importantly, they will have additional money into their pockets as they do not need to pay extra by using our products. We are growing our market share in Singapore by 500%.
Our specialties and scope of works range from commercial kitchen equipment to food processing equipment. This includes:
- Research & Development
