Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

Key Roles

• Train student PA crew for assemblies, chapel, and school events.

• Maintain PA systems; troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors for repairs.

• Manage AV equipment for school events and setup requests.

• Maintain inventory and loan records of audiovisual and presentation equipment.

• Advise HOD (ICT) on AV needs and assist with procurement and condemnation.

• Termly monitor and maintain AV equipment in classrooms and special rooms.

• Perform half-yearly preventive maintenance for classroom projectors and visualisers.

• Troubleshoot AV issues and explore new solutions.

• Support live broadcasting (e.g., Founder’s Day) via YouTube Live, Facebook Live.

• Mentor students in running live events.

• Support video conferencing for staff training and lessons.

• Train teachers and students in AV and broadcasting.

• Support listening comprehension exams and IT troubleshooting.

• Assist with printing, laminating, CD duplication, and video recording.

• Perform basic repairs (e.g., soldering) on devices.

• Provide basic video editing support.

Requirements

• Relevant certification in audio, video, or media production.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
