Flexione Works with leading organisations in the area of embedded firmware , software and hardware and currently we are looking for a firmware CI/CD engineer .We are looking for a dedicated Firmware CI/CD Engineer to join our team. Your primary role will be to develop the embedded software continuous integration (CI) and continuous testing pipeline. You will also work with embedded software team and security team to integrate security tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will report to the Product Security Engineering Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:

•          Develop CI/CD pipelines for firmware development, testing, and deployment, create common build platform and setup Jenkins server/ build agents

•          Develop Power BI Dashboard to show all product CI/CD pipelines compliance and performance

•          Develop scripts for automated testing, building, and deployment of build artifacts and incorporate compliance checks in the pipeline

•          Provision and maintain service account(s) per project needs, manage tokens and certificates for tools/apps/services. Server Maintenance, backup and recovery planning for infrastructures and services

•          Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the CI/CD pipeline, implementing process improvements

•          Develop and document standard operating procedures and other supporting documentation

The Essentials - You Will Have:

•          Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

•          5+ years of experience in firmware development, testing, and deployment

•          Proficiency in programming languages such as python, Groovy, Powershell and other scripting languages

•          Good understanding on secure coding practices and version control

•          Hand-on experience developing CI/CD pipelines with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab CI/CD

•          Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and operational decision-making

•          Comfortable with Agile methodologies

•          Collaborate with teams, including developers, test engineers, and stakeholders

•          Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

•          Familiar or experience with build systems & package management for C/C++; CMake, Bazel, Conan, etc.

•          Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, IEC 62443)

•          Experience with network security

•          Knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform
