Job Summary

Support the execution of the company's branding, corporate communications, and engagement initiatives through effective content creation, communication, and event coordination. Responsible for managing communication materials across various platforms, supporting corporate events, CSR and sustainability programmes, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also assists in stakeholder communications, corporate publications, procurement activities, and other initiatives that enhance the company's corporate image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing communication plans across newsletters, intranet, websites, and social media platforms
• Create, review, and proofread communication materials, including brochures, corporate publications, letters, and presentations
• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, product launches, and business functions
• Assist in CSR and sustainability programmes and related activities
• Provide support for business continuity and crisis communication initiatives
• Coordinate procurement of corporate gifts, maintain inventory, and monitor related expenses
• Ensure communication materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Media Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in corporate communications, branding, events, or the insurance industry
• Strong writing, proofreading, and copywriting skills
• Experience in branding, promotions, and event management
• Social media savvy with good understanding of digital communication platforms
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
