Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across manufacturing and business functions.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, HR, and IT teams to understand business needs.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management decision-making.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and testing of ERP, MES, reporting, and business applications.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, issue tracking, validation, and implementation support.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, business requirements documents, and user guides.
• Support data validation, system testing, and troubleshooting of business process or system-related issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, cost, quality, and data accuracy.
• Support project management activities for new system implementations and process improvement projects.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and other business-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience working in an MNC semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, or technology environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects or priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, MES, ERP, or manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Python, or other data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Business Process Improvement.
• Experience in project management and Agile methodology is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in preparing BRD, FRD, process flow diagrams, SOPs, and UAT documentation.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
