We are seeking a Deck Officer to join our team for harbour craft operations within Singapore port limits. You will assist in safe navigation, vessel operations, maintenance, and compliance with MPA regulations and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in navigation and safe handling of tug/harbour craft.

- Monitor vessel systems, equipment, and safety gear.

- Supervise deck operations and crew duties.

- Maintain voyage logs, records, and regulatory documentation.

- Ensure full compliance with MPA Singapore and safety requirements.

Requirements

- Valid Deck Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC and Coe)

- Valid STCW II/3 (Deck Officer class III or equivalent)

- Familiarity with Singapore port waters and harbour craft procedures.

- Preferably Singaporean / Malaysian nationals.

- Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates welcome if holding valid certification.
