Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving goods, inventory management, order picking, forklift operations, delivery route planning, and ensuring orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods.
• Operate a forklift safely for loading, unloading and moving goods within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and check customer orders accurately before dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes to maximise efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts.
• Organise warehouse storage to ensure products are stored safely and efficiently.
• Liaise with drivers and the sales team to coordinate deliveries.
• Resolve day-to-day warehouse and delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
• Support warehouse operations during peak seasons, including overtime when required.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable and attentive to detail.
• Basic computer skills
• Physically fit and comfortable handling warehouse duties.
