• Assist in coordinating daily production and operational activities.

• Coordinate with various departments and suppliers.

• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries and outstanding operational matters.

• Assist in monitoring slow-moving and excess inventory to minimise wastage and unnecessary costs.

• Follow up on outstanding operational matters and escalate issues to management promptly.

• Support audits and ensure required documents are readily available.

• Ensure manufacturing documents, records and forms are properly maintained and updated.

• Assist the Finance team with invoice, payment, and supporting-document preparation.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and management summaries.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Sunfresh's core business is the production, merchandising and trade of blended fruit juices to Airlines, Retail, Hotel, Restaurant and Catering sector throughout the Asia Pacific region.
