Job Description:

1. Need to Coordinate Construction Structural Site team and the daily production and operations.
2. Need to Liase with Bar bending scheduler for effective coordination and monitoring daily works.
3. Preparation of cost analysis and monthly twice on the work production with proper accounts format.
4. Coordinate between the different levels of Hierarchy at Top Management - Construction Main Contractors - Engineers and Workers.

Job Requirements:
1. Must be familiar with BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) analysis.
2. Previous work experience as Accountant or related in Singapore will be added advantage.
3. Must be familiar with Singapore Construction sector.
