• Assist in preparing and/or verifying HR-related payment claims (reimbursements, allowances, expense claims) against supporting documents before submission for approval

• Assist in preparing and/or verifying overtime, incentives, Sunday/PH work and trips work against supporting documents before submission for approval

• Cross-check receipts, approvals, and employee records for accuracy prior to payment release

• Flag incomplete or inconsistent documentation before processing

• Maintain organised, auditable records of payment verification for audit trail purposes

• Assist in billing preparation and submission on daily basis
