Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
Position Title: Assembly Technician (Plastic)
Working Location: Loyang
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components and products using hand tools and basic equipment based on work instructions and drawings
Perform pre-assembly tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and lubrication following procedures
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
Report defects, issues, or equipment problems to the supervisor promptly
Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished products according to specifications
Maintain accurate records of production and inspection activities
Handle and store tools, materials, and finished products properly
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices)
Support improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

Minimum “O” Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification
Able to use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, pliers)
Able to read and follow work instructions and simple drawings
Experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage
