**Job Description**

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior kitchen staff

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations

• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service during operating hours



**Job Requirements**

• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during busy periods

• Strong team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn

• Must be able to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous
