Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Chemicals)
Position Title: Production Engineer (Chemical / Mechanical)
Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided from Choa Chu Kang)
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8AM – 5PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that products consistently meet customer requirements and satisfaction standards.
Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Provide support and solutions to routine issues faced by production staff.
Take proactive measures to prevent non-conformances in internal processes.
Support and drive process improvement initiatives to achieve production goals.
Review product documentation, drawings, data sheets, specifications, and calculations.
Provide guidance and integrate work performed by production teams.
Apply process knowledge in design calculations, equipment sizing, and selection.
Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
5 years of working experience, preferably in the chemical, process, or manufacturing industries.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
