Job Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for the checking and design of mechanical works from concept to detailed design and provision of QP supervisory works for projects.

·      Endorsement of the authorities’ submissions, supervision & apply for certificate of completion as Professional Engineer (Mechanical) for the projects.

·      Conversant in local code and authority requirements, ensuring project compliance to the requirements.

·      Able to perform analysis and guide engineers to analyse and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders

·      Carryout project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and team work together effectively

·      Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors and external consultants

Requirements:

·      Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent

·      Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer or more than 10 years in the industry

·      Experience in both construction management and design

·      Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
