Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with general administrative and accounting support.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, organise and file documents and records.
• Assist with checking and processing invoices and other documents.
• Assist in updating spreadsheets and maintaining proper documentation.
• Handle routine office administrative duties and paperwork.
• Assist with scanning, printing, filing and document management.
• Coordinate with internal departments on administrative matters.
• Assist with basic accounting-related tasks as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm (inclusive of one hour lunch break)

• Minimum O-Level / N-Level / Diploma qualification.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, meticulous & committed individual who can multi-task and work with little supervision under tight deadlines
• Fast pace working environment
• Able to start work within short notice is highly preferred
