• Monitor incident queues and assign tickets to theappropriate engineers
• Log incidents with the service desk for IT issuesencountered during administrative tasks
• Assist in raising Service Request (SRs) when required
• Track, assign, and follow up on SR progress to ensuretimely completion
• Coordinate with users and backend teams to provideadditional information for SR fulfilment
• Partner with HR on onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate with the asset team to ensure devices for newhires are ready
• Raise SRs related to user account setup and deactivation
• Liaise with system, network, and desktop teams to ensureall accounts are correctly provisioned
• Maintain and update IT asset inventory
• Track and manage assets through the Asset ManagementSystem
• Coordinate with asset owners for verification
• Work with the agency to manage asset status, including:
• Assigning assets to users and engineers
• Tracking supplier deliveries and vendor returns
• Monitoring IT appliances purchased by the agency
