About the Role
We are seeking energetic, confident, and driven individuals
to join our team as
Outbound Canvassers
in the finance sector. In this
role, you will be the first point of contact between our organization and
potential clients, helping us introduce financial products, generate leads, and build meaningful customer engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy
communication, understand the importance of financial planning, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach (phone, in-person canvassing, or both—tailor as needed) to prospective clients.
Introduce and explain our financial products and services in a clear, professional manner.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the advisory or sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, prospects, and follow-ups.
Meet weekly and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confidence in engaging with new people and initiating conversations.
Ability to simplify and explain basic financial concepts (training provided).
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Prior experience in canvassing, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage—
but not required.
