Veterinary Nurses – Join Our Founding Team

Capital Paws Vet Surgery is a new independent small-animal practice opening in Western Singapore, and we’re looking for veterinary nurses to join our founding team.

We’re building a practice centred on compassionate, evidence-based care, clinical excellence and honest communication. As a founding team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our nursing standards, workflows and clinic culture from day one.

Our practice will have a strong medical and surgical focus. You’ll work closely with our veterinarians and have opportunities to further develop your skills in anaesthesia, inpatient care, dentistry, surgical nursing and orthopaedic cases.

We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels, from junior nurses with an existing clinical foundation to experienced and senior nurses. Applicants should have some prior hands-on experience in a veterinary clinic and be comfortable with basic animal handling, restraint and routine nursing duties. We’ll support you in developing your skills and taking on greater responsibility over time.

Expected commencement: November/December 2026
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore. We are currently unable to sponsor S Pass applications, although candidates eligible for a Work Permit may be considered.

Positions available: Full-time preferred; part-time or flexible arrangements may also be considered. Experienced veterinary nurses looking to pick up occasional casual shifts are welcome to apply.
