Responsibilities

• Provide support to global HR users on HRIS-related enquiries and system issues.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate issue resolution with IT, local HR teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain issue logs, monitor recurring problems, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors release management, including impact assessment, testing coordination, communication, and post-release validation.
• Assist in gathering business requirements, preparing documentation, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and supporting HRIS enhancement projects.
• Develop a strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting frameworks to support dashboard enhancements and data analysis.
• Support HR data validation and quality improvement initiatives across HR systems.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve productivity, documentation, reporting, and user support processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences supporting HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, reporting tools, or data visualization is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI applications in workplace productivity and HR operations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
