Admin & Operations Intern (6 months internship)

We are hiring an Admin & Operations Intern to support our team at TusStar Malaysia, an innovation ecosystem connecting startups, corporates, and capital across the region. This role is based at our office in KL Trillion, Kuala Lumpur.

What You Will Gain:

Hands-on experience in administrative management, internal coordination, financial operations, and project support, while developing communication, problem-solving and organisational skills. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing and maintaining daily administrative procedures, institutional systems, and foundational management tasks

Support financial operations, including expense tracking, invoice organisation, and document filing

Facilitate internal and external communications and provide coordination support for external affairs

Collaborate across departments on ongoing projects and team needs

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred; other disciplines are welcome to apply

Prior internship or work experience in an admin or operations role is an advantage

Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and verbal); Bahasa Malaysia is a plus

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Basic knowledge of financial processes such as invoicing and expense recording is beneficial; fresh graduates and current students are welcome to apply
