Role of Agent

The role of Senior Engineering Support Executive is to provide services as per the Scope of Work (SOW) listed below:

• New Business On Boarding
• Perform product registration in system
• Coordinate for new price approval
• Update Product Catalogue & any other system
• BU Supply Component
• BU Supply Component Demand/Supply Assessment
• Perform ordering align to “Window Open” date
• Coordination on supply related issues
• Monitor on orders confirmation & coordinate with ODM on custom documentation/ship date
• Order Management
• Demand/Forecast Intake
• Demand/Forecast assessment and validation
• Demand/Forecast consolidation and uploading to ODM
• Customer Demand vs ODM Supply
• PRF/RTF assessment
• Coordinate/Escalate to next level on supply gaps and work with state holders for closure
• Shipment Readiness
• Consolidate & release customers’ shipment information to ODM
• Validate shipment details for ODM
• Release Delivery Note
• Work with Logistic on shipment issue
• Analysis & Report
• Consolidate and analyze the data as required (at any area stated above)
• Publish data to respective stakeholders/customers/etc.

Working Hours

The work support shall be observing the following working hours.

Normal working hours from 8.00am - 5.30am, Monday to Friday, excluding State/Public Holidays

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
