We will be opening the first XGIMI flagship outlet at The Gardens Mall Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid and are looking for Retail Specialists who are looking to deliver exceptional customer service and driving growth in a premium luxury market.

Title : Product Specialist (Retail Associate)

Location : XGIMI Flagship Store, Sunway Pyramid Mall and The Gardens Mid Valley (Reachable by public transport)

Field : Consumer electronics/home entertainment technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
• Provide expert advice on electrical appliances, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Demonstrate product functionality and recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Address customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management & stock checks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Requirement:

• Minimum qualifications SPM/Diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Sales oriented candidates
• Good in teamwork
• Minimum working experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
• Able to work during retail hours and public holidays (public holiday rate applies)
• Self-discipline and great attitude
• Good Communication (able to communicate in BM, English) and interpersonal skills
