岗位职责

Job Duties:
  • Handle full set accounts (AP/AR/GL) of various entities and month-end closing
  • Preparation of management accounts from monthly revies
  • Preparation of cashflow forecast
  • Ensure timely and accurate filling of all corporate tax return
  • Handle quarterly GST reporting and queries
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly reports in accordance with accounting standards
  • Coordinate and issue payments to vendors
  • Create and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures, workflows, and accounting policies
  • Assist in audit and tax-related matters
  • Other Finance/Accounting tasks as and when requires
  • Other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy Finance or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, able to work independently, and a proactive team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
