In this role, you will work closely with clients, frontline teams, Recruitment, and Operations to ensure manpower requirements are met and services are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and provide timely follow-up on operational requirements.
Coordinate manpower deployment, scheduling, and workforce coverage across assigned sites.
Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams on hiring, onboarding, mobilisation, and deployment matters.
Monitor employee attendance, manpower utilisation, deployment status, and overall operational performance.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements, and operational standards.
Handle client feedback, service issues, incidents, and operational concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports or updates for management and clients where required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, manpower management, facilities management, service delivery, project coordination, or a related field.
Experience managing multiple sites, outsourced manpower, or frontline teams will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel between assigned work sites when required.
