Job Description

Person with 15- 18 years of experience in a hospital environment

• Enterprise Transformation Strategy Define and execute the 3–5 year digital roadmap, aligning hospital IT infrastructure with clinical and corporate strategic goals.
• High-Stakes Program Management Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-million dollar, high-risk programs (e.g., EHR overhauls, facility integrations) with zero clinical downtime.
• AI & Innovation Integration Deploy enterprise AI and predictive analytics to optimize clinical decision support, patient flow, and administrative workflows.
• Executive & Clinical Alignment Serve as the strategic bridge between technical teams, C-suite executives, and clinical leadership to drive consensus on digital shifts.
• Legacy IT Modernization Lead the evolution of legacy hospital IT, ensuring new AI applications seamlessly integrate with core systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Governance & Compliance Enforce rigorous data governance frameworks for AI adoption, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
