Description:
Customer Service Executive
The Customer Service Executive is responsible to the head of marketing for the following function
To provide administrative support to the customers on-site.
To ensure that the customer offices and equipment are in acceptable condition.
To identify, recommend and maintain a supply of gift items for customers.
To maintain an ample supply of promotional and office materials.
To assist ST Engineering Aerospace Corporate Communication in developing promotional materials.
Other duties as directed from time to time by Head of Marketing, or in his absence, the Senior Manager of Marketing, or appointed Account Manager
