Wealth Management Operations Specialist

You'll need to build strong relationships with our wealth management teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of our services. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving operational issues.

What you do

Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Include

  • Processing and verifying transactions related to wealth management products
  • Conducting reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
  • Providing support for system enhancements and testing

Who you are

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
