Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines and printers.

Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples and products.

Maintain and hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines and printers.

Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.

Resolve customer complaints for faulty products at customer premises when required.

File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items.

Job Requirements:
1-2 years of hands on experience in servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers.

5 day work week.
