Sales Management Trainee

About the Role

We’re looking for driven and open-minded individuals to join our team as Sales Engagement Trainees. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, training, and business management, with clear development pathways.

What You’ll Do

• Build genuine relationships with customers and be a trusted listening ear
• Conduct face-to-face presentations to acquire new customers
• Assist with daily market acquisition activities and achieve sales targets
• Learn sales strategies, customer service excellence, and business management skills

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
