Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and support web applications and online systems.
• Maintain and support the Student Information Management System, including student records, results, attendance, CCA, grading, registration and reporting modules.
• Develop new web applications, modules and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and fix system, website and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, SSO and 2FA.
• Maintain Linux servers, websites and related IT systems.
• Support systems such as Student Information, Procurement, Budget, Booking and Staff Training applications.
• Integrate systems with third-party services and APIs when required.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Conduct user training and prepare simple user guides.
• Perform system updates, backups and general maintenance.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software/web application support or development.

Minimum 3 years of experience in:

• Web application development and programming
• PHP, Laravel and CodeIgniter
• HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
• Python and Django
• Angular
• API integration and SSO
• Windows and Linux server administration
• Server hosting, maintenance and SMTP configuration

End-user training

• Experience with APIs, web servers and system integration is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of  Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)  and webservices.
