Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and establish appropriate KPIs.
• Identify new markets, customers, channels, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to support business growth.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience
