Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily activities of sales representatives to achieve targets, collaborating with management to address customer needs, and driving sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of sales representatives to achieve defined sales targets and drive business growth
• Collaborate with store, general, and production managers to communicate evolving customer needs and align sales strategies
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to engage clients and support revenue expansion
• Assist line managers in maintaining effective client communication and providing timely feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
• Initiate and implement sales activities, strategies, and plans to increase brand visibility and market presence
• Demonstrate strong work ethic, professional character, and positive habits as a role model to motivate employees
• Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients for informed decision-making
• Submit detailed reports on sales, lead generation, customer complaints, and new customer onboarding to management for performance tracking
• Control marketing expenses by monitoring and adhering to budget limits to optimize resource allocation
• Evaluate sales team performance regularly and implement targeted improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Apply organizational skills to schedule tasks, control inventory, and prioritize activities efficiently to support operational goals
• Maintain physical stamina to stand for extended periods during work activities, ensuring consistent presence and engagement
