Responsibilities

Perform Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) testing and inspection of handler machines and related collaterals, including actuation pans, kits etc.

Develop and maintain test procedures, inspection procedures, work instructions, and control plans to ensure consistent product quality

Conduct failure analysis on non-conforming products using the 8D problem-solving methodology and prepare Corrective and Preventive Action

Participate in user group meetings, as well as internal and external quality meetings, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement

Provide on-the-job training (OJT) to OQA Technicians on testing and inspection methods, ensuring compliance with established procedures

Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis for RMA cases and site escalations, and prepare comprehensive failure analysis reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and improve customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable quality management systems

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within semiconductor or manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including 8D Problem Solving, Control Plans, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements; Internal Auditor certification or experience is preferred

Ability to develop and maintain Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
