JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER

Position: Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance.
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
• Support promotional and business development activities.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving sales-related issues.
• Perform other sales and operational duties assigned by management.

Working Requirements

• Must be willing to work on rotational shifts and split shifts (break duty) according to the company’s operational requirements.
• Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Shift schedules and break-duty timings may vary according to business requirements.

Requirements

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
