岗位职责

Supervising dailyoperations of organization.
Develop productive,profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
Responsible for ontime deliverables to customers.
Address operationalissues and concerns from main contractor and customer in a timely fashion.
Superviseoperations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customerservices.
Educate operationsteam on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
Develop andmaintain operational guidelines for staffs.
Oversee operationalcost, risk and audit activities.
Assist ininterviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion andtermination activities.
Determine staffingrequirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
Maintain thefacility clean, safe and organized.
Evaluate inspectionreports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
Coordinate withGeneral Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
Able to arrange andcomplete the deliverables, in case of any vehicle breakdown or anyinterruptions in the operations.
Evaluate currentoperational strategies and recommend improvements.

Generate operationalreports for management as needed.
