TenderManagement:
Review drawings and tender documents,and prepare quantitytake-off, cost estimation and tender submissions.

Procurement& Subcontracting:
Source, evaluate andnegotiate quotations from subcontractors,and manage subcontract contract negotiation and award.

Cost &Budgeting: Prepare project budgets, monitor daily expenditures, and provide regularcost reports and cash flow forecasts.

ProgressClaims:
Prepare and submit monthly progress claimsto clients, and review andcertify subcontractors' payment claims.

Variations& Final Account:
Evaluate and negotiateVariation Orders (VO), and drive theproject towards accurate and final settlement.

Commercial& Daily Matters

: Attend project and sitemeetings, manage contractualrecords, and assist in handling commercial and contractual matters.

采购与分包:
询价、评估及谈判分包商报价,负责分包合同的谈判与授标。

进度款申报:
负责每月向客户申报进度款,并审核及核证分包商的付款申请。

变更与结算:
评估与谈判工程变更指令(VO),推进并落实项目最终结算。

商务与日常:
代表参加项目与工地会议,管理合约记录,协助处理商务合同事务。
