岗位职责

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, andprocedures in line with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retentionstrategies for all levels of staff.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRISsystems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead performance management processes, employeeappraisals, and career development initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues,resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws andregulations.
Manage HR metrics and reporting to supportdecision-making.
Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement and professional development.
Support organizational development, changemanagement, and employee engagement programs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HRbest practices, and payroll administration.
Proven experience in recruitment, performancemanagement, employee relations, and HR strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, andinterpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to managemultiple priorities effectively.
